Map of the geography of deliveries?

For some time now I have been tormented by the question, is there a special application / add-on for a well-known program / site, with which one could create a beautiful map of the geography of supplies / connections / communications, etc.? It is advisable to export the result as an image. Thanks in advance for your replies and comments.

Take a regular map and order a freelancer to draw what you need on top of it. Get a screenshot of the map + a vector layer with the markup you need.
