KKT utility does not connect to device after TCP/IP reset?
Good afternoon!
On the computer there is a cash register KKT Shtrikh-M. After resetting TCP / IP with commands (netsh winsock reset; netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt) on Windows 7, 1C programs and the driver utility stopped connecting to the device (gives connection timed out). That is, the device is displayed in the hardware search through the maintenance utility, but cannot be connected to it.

And how is the connection of KKM over the network organized? As far as I know, the stroke has a paid network driver. The network utility from the driver is called "FR Server". It makes sense after resetting the network and restarting the "FR Server".
If using another utility to connect, restart it.
And, if it's not a secret) why constantly reset TCP / IP?
