Keyboard trainer for Linux and large texts?

The very essence: I am looking for a keyboard trainer with the ability to add my own large texts (whole books). So that after the launch it resumes from the place of the last stop. It is necessary to combine business with pleasure.

Wishes: Ideally, if it will be a console application. I do not consider multi-line representation, running line convenient in such cases.

Don't Suggest: Already considered opening two windows and a simple rewrite, but doesn't fit due to lack of typo checking. You also don't need applications running under Wine.

As I already wrote, the combination of business with pleasure. I want to take the time to read fiction and practice typing speed rolled into one. And there is absolutely no desire to talk about anything in ICQ. Training in different programs several times passed.
