Keyboard stops responding in PyCharm. How to decide?

I'm a nix noob, but I wondered what the hell in Pycharm (java, IDEA) I have, with rather annoying, the reaction to the keyboard disappears, well, that is, the keyboard stops working completely, only the Pycharm reboot saves. also manifests itself in the game DOTA (steam).
and why are there 2 keyboard layout indicators? one is some kind of IBUS, the second is unnamed. in Windows one and there fucking does not disappear. maybe two is a lot?
