Keyboard ReplyKeyboardMarkup telegram bot does not work on Android, but works on iOS and Windows. Who faced?

Hello,
has anyone come across this.
Telegram bot sends a message (send_message) with ReplyKeyboardMarkup custom keyboard. On iOS (iPad Air), everything works as it should: the text of the message is displayed, and a custom keyboard is displayed under the line in which the person enters the answer. By clicking on the standard button in the input bar, the custom keyboard can be switched to the standard iOS keyboard for typing.
On Android, for some reason, the opposite is true: a standard Android keyboard for typing is displayed, which can be switched to a custom one. Moreover, this happens only with some custom keyboards. The pattern has not yet been understood.
I would be grateful for any lead.
This is what it looks like on iOS:https://yadi.sk/i/RzIytDyz3Y4LvR The
red arrow points to the button to turn on the standard keyboard. After pressing the button, the standard keyboard pops
up, and the button changes to the button to turn on the custom keyboard (also shown with a red arrow): https://yadi.sk/i/9-UO2cg53Y4MdU
then you can (by pressing the button) switch to the first one.
