The keyboard on the laptop stopped working I tried all the combinations but it doesn’t help on the laptop the lock icon is on
How to unlock it?

is either a lock icon with the number 1 (Num Lock) or a lock icon with the letter A (Caps Lock).

Take your laptop to a service center. Do you really think that you can remotely replace a faulty keyboard in a laptop?
If there is no money for repairs (and replacing the keyboard can cost several thousand rubles) or you need a laptop all the time and there is no way to leave it at a service center, then buy a simple keyboard and connect it via USB.
