Keyboard and mouse analyzers with graphs?

I want to increase my speed.
I chose the keyboard. it is the most measurable local indicator.
At the moment I do not consider other directions for improving efficiency.
Are there programs to calculate keyboard and mouse usage statistics with graphs?
To increase speed I plan to:

1. Learn to type in Latin
   
2. Better master mountain keys in PHPStorm
   
3. Less use of the mouse
   

It is interesting to see how these steps will affect the acceleration of real work on real projects.
Googling on the queries that came to mind did not give the expected results.
All software is antediluvian.
I would be grateful if you throw in a couple of suitable programs.
