Keenetic Mash how to set up switching between devices by signal threshold?

Comrades, urgent help.
There is a Mesh system on Keenetic of 10 points. The problem is that they hold the device down to -80db. You stand in front of one access point, and you remain connected to another with a signal of -72db. How to set the switching threshold by signal level?
Additionally:
1) 2 telephones. one supports 802.11r and the other does not. The result is the same
2) the network on Keenetic because so ordered

as far as I understand, the final decision on switching is up to the client. the dot may "hint" the client, may even reset it, but even then the client may persist in trying to reconnect to the same dot.
