I use dark themes in my operating system (in this case, kde neon 5.17), and at the moment there is a problem: since the borders of the windows are black, it is not clear where what is open when crossing windows.
How can I change the window frame color? I believe that it is necessary to open a certain theme file and edit the value of some parameter.
