KDE5 and not working hotspots for apps?

There is a share smb added to Dolphin as entry point smb://my-ip/share.
The files are available, but there are two problems:
1) When editing a file, a local copy is created in tmp and then, after saving, it is suggested to copy it back (that is, it does not block the file, but it could already have changed).
2) When I try to save the file, I get access errors or the entry point is not shown at all in the available ones.
An example error in Libreoffice:

Error saving the document:
Object not accessible.
The object cannot be accessed due to insufficent user rights.

At the same time, when creating a file manually in Dolphin, everything is created without problems. What can be done in this case? The option with mounting via mount or fstab is not suitable - you need to mount without root rights.
