Kaspersky. Error checking loaded component?
Good afternoon. The problem is the following. There is a peer-to-peer network, costs Kaspersky Security Centr, 65 users. Periodically for the same users when updating: Failed to check the loaded component. I looked at the forums recommend reinstalling the program. The solution helps but not for long, about 7-10 days. Called Casper tech support. They said to try to clear the storage and download the updates again. Did not help. Quite by accident I recently discovered that if you disable IPv6 support for users, then the update proceeded normally. Although ipv6 is not used on the network, the administration server is also disabled in the adapter settings. In general, the latter helped only for a week. What do you think could be the reason?
