Juniper m7i why x509 certificate error occurs?

Good day! We use juniper m7i as a border router, junos 9.1R.
2 upper channels, on which we accept 2 default routes 0.0.0.0/0 via bgp.
Recently, I noticed the following errors when saving:

By rpki validation in the bgp protocol was not configured. There are no errors in /var/log logs, what could it be, why does it suddenly swear at the certificate.
PS On September 30, 2017, rip did a mailing list that they were changing the settings of the trust point, but contacted them, they assure us that this does not affect us in any way.
