How to open url in chrome background tab with javascript?
Open so that the parent window has focus.

The question is noob. Just elementary. Show ingenuity.
Create dynamically a, add target blank to it, href with url and click trigger. With beforeUnload , the dynamic link can be deleted. Write the code yourself. As a matter of principle, I won't do it for you.
