JS animations, freelance libraries?

I am a beginner frontend developer. In general, there are many different libraries in JS (besides jQuery) that simplify the creation and animation of certain elements. For example, to create animations, I really liked the anime.js library, and to create sliders, many people use the slick.js library, and so you can list for a long time. So the question arose: can I use all these libraries to fulfill freelance orders with the condition that the customer does not get bored later, or should I definitely use jQuery + pure JS?

Why should he bother? I didn’t quite understand how the use of libraries and the annoyance of the customer are connected.
If the customer does not have restrictions on the type: "Use strictly JavaScript + jQuery", then there are no problems for using ready-made libraries. You don't have to constantly reinvent the wheel to solve different problems.
In general, it all depends on the requirements of the customer. If he is satisfied with the use of additional libraries, then use it to your health. Often, customers don’t care at all what you use to create a slider or animation. You tell them that JS is enough for them.
