js and css not working over secure protocol?

Good afternoon. After switching to SSL, js and css fell off. They work on the old http protocol. I don't know how to switch to secure.

I tried plugins. They don't help.

In the WordPress settings there is a site address. Settings - General, Wordpress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL). How it was translated in the Russian version, I don’t know for sure, but look for something similar. WP builds all paths from this address, including CSS/JS/images. With luck, there will be no hardcoded paths anywhere in the theme and plugins to the old http address, and everything will work as it should.
