JRE update issue after updating time zone database via TZUpdater Tool

We successfully updated the time zone database on the network through the policy to version 2011h of the JRE on
user machines.

After that, there was a problem updating the JRE, now when I try
during the installation, a message is displayed:

lib/zi/Asia/Anadyr: Old file not found. However, a file of the same name was found.
No update done since file contens do not match.

Who faced tell me how you solved the problem?

The option of manually deleting the previous one is not suitable due to the distribution of the network and the lack of rights for users.

@Akvel

He asked and answered himself: I found the answer to my question - the fact is that auto-update breaks (as it should be), because. the payment rolls in. Now, if you need to update Java, you just need to download the offline version of the update and install (everything is installed without problems) without forgetting to roll the patch again.
