jQuery UI draggable links?

There was a need to make jCarousel, which can be dragged with the mouse like in the iPhone.

I ran into a number of implementation problems, namely:
1. After the end of dragging, the drop's container is not where I dragged it, but to its usual place.
2. When I make a draggable container inside which there are links, then after the end of the dragging, the links work, but it is necessary that they do not work if the container is dragged. Moreover, when testing in firefox, I noticed that they do not always work.

With the first question, I'll probably figure it out myself, but I don't even know about the second.
