jquery.scrollTo how to align block to center?

Hey!
There is a menu in the scroll. A menu from a bulleted list, an element with the .active class must be aligned to the center of the menu. https://jsfiddle.net/5ja2a7n8/6/

Connected jquery.scrollTo.min.js plugin.
Scrolls to the desired menu item, but it is aligned to the beginning of the container.


Please tell me how to make the active menu item align to the center, and not at the beginning of the container (><)
