jQuery navigation menu stopped working when enabling CNC links in Wordpress. How to fix?

When enabling CNC links in Wordpress, the jQuery navigation menu on pages and posts stopped working. Works only on the main page. Full copying of the template for the main page into the page and post templates had no positive effect. Disabling CNC links corrects the situation, turning it back on stops working again. js scripts tried to connect both in the footer, and in the header, and on the page, it does not help. Where to look?
