jQuery File Upload and ASP.NET MVC?

Hello, probably the dumbest question, is it possible to use the jQuery File Upload plugin along with MVC? or are there any other good downloaders? (free)
If possible, please skin those links to the tutorial. Where is the plugin for the project.
