jQuery css animation not working in Firefox. What is the problem?

I ran into a problem in mozilla - animation made in css3 and assigned in js (using JQuery)
does not work. Everything works in chrome and opera, in mozilla in IE11 it does not work.
It is important that everything works in mozilla.

If you write the animation directly in css, everything works fine.
Please help me understand what the problem is, I will be very grateful to you.

PS I think there is some problem in JS (or in JQuery), because everything works in css.
