Jquery Autocomplete with forced obligation to select suggested option?

The search form has a field for entering a city, and it is necessary that a person either forcefully chooses from the cities offered after the start of entering cities, or in some other way. the task is for the city to be selected unambiguously from the list, or the most relevant result is automatically substituted immediately.

I'm trying to use Jquery UI autocomplete - but there is no necessary functionality there, only to finish it, but it seems to me that the bike will turn out.

Cities over 30k, script receives data via ajax json.

Is there something that could be used in this case, or will you have to invent yourself? I don't know much about Jquery yet, so that such questions do not arise =)
