JOOMLA wrong material date in db?

Good afternoon, such a question, when creating material in joomla 2.5, the creation date is recorded in the database from minus 3 hours, that is,
Server Date: 9.Aug.2015- 09:33 /7200 -date("jMY-H:i/Z ") as I understand Server time
Joomla date : 9.Aug.2015- 10:33 /10800 - JHTML::Date( 'now', 'jMY-H:i/Z' ) time of Joomla itself, taking into account the Site Configuration settings
a record in a DB - it turns out 7:33 .
I don't know how to solve. Thanks in advance to everyone who responds.

Everything turns out correctly, UTC time is written to the database. Why fight it?
