Joomla website stopped working after removing .htaccess?

The .htaccess file was accidentally deleted on this site
trade.mka.kh.ua
How to restore or rewrite again so that the links start working? I beg you to help me, because I don't know much about the server side.

Вот стандартный чистый .htaccess файл. Восстановить его можно было скачав архив с актуальной версией с joomla.
