Joomla stopped seeing categories and materials, what does this mean?

Hello. As always, he was doing his usual business, but he was so carried away that he did not understand what had happened. I edited the menu item, even in the hidden menu (in layouts) I simply added description and keywords metadata. All of a sudden materials and categories stopped working almost everywhere, error 404. Most importantly, except for two materials that work normally. web-kreditor.ru/bankpress/07 , web-kreditor.ru/bankpress/13 The rest of the hell out of two! The main thing is that they are tied all 25 pieces to one category. And those that work output something completely different, not what is required. I'm already completely confused, please help me figure it out, except for rollbacks of the system please. (Just the hosting kept a copy for the 15th, a lot of work has been done)
PS - I remember that I renamed the main menu item (main menu), maybe something is connected with this, although it's unlikely ...

everything turned out to be easier .... after updating Joomla to 3.4.4, router.php fell off, which I forgot about ... earlier I edited it to remove the ID from the links.
