Joomla lms forum connection smf

Good afternoon!
The system was inherited, implemented as follows: JoomlaLMS + SMF
, while both services work separately
But when a user logs into the LMS, he cannot get to the forum from there, I get the message
"You are not currently a member of the forum. Please enter your password and username again."
At the same time, if a user enters the forum by manually entering the address of the forum, then he can safely log in under the same account.
