Joomla lists are not displayed in the menu, what's the problem?

Good day to all. The other day I started an experiment with joomla, at first everything was fine and smooth, until I installed the virtuemart module, which I didn’t like and I deleted it. After I installed joomshopping and began to torment him. Perhaps this has nothing to do with the store modules, but now when you try to create a menu item, when you select the type of item, an empty window pops up.
Got into Google, found instructions on how to cure, but it did not fit my case. They recommend doing this:
1. In the /modules/mod_mainmenu/helper.php file, on line 31 before the $params parameter, remove the & symbol
2. The same in the /libraries/joomla/html/html/menu.php file on line 124 before $children
3. Same /libraries/joomla/html/html/grid.php - line 93,115,157 before $row
But the problem is that I don't have /html/ folder in joomla.
Where to dig?
Joomla version: Joomla! 3.5.1 Stable [ Unicorn ]
PHP version: 5.3.29
MySQLi version: 5.5.43-37.2
