Joomla is buggy because of htaccess!?

Hello, there is a site on joomla 3.7. Began to load for a very long time, very much. Then the error "jos-Error: Material not found" began to be produced. After renaming htaccess, the site starts working, but internal pages do not open (which is logical). I loaded the original htaccess, but the problem did not go away. Has anyone experienced this?

If the site was working fine and suddenly it took a "very" long time to load, then the first thing to do is contact your hosting provider.
