"Job title too long"

I was trying to add a "Promoted Video" to YouTube and came across an error from the title while compiling the ad.
Everything is fine with the length of the text. What is the point anyway?

Did you write in Russian? Maybe YouTube's check is buggy and counts the number of bytes, not whole characters (I remind you that in utf8 Russian characters take 2 bytes). Try writing the job title in English.
