If you don't need transcoding, ie. changing the content of the stream, and there will be only the issuance of one stream outward via RTMP - any minimally available server will suit you. This process does not require multiple cores (just one) and a lot of memory (using lightweight solutions like ffmpeg or our Nimble Streamer ). Everything will depend on the amount of traffic that is included in your tariff plan. You can calculate it by multiplying the stream bitrate by the number of seconds in a month.
