Tell me a service that monitors the number of vacancies / the level of salaries for certain positions in the whole market. Interested in the trend (quarter / quarter, year / year).

I think it will be interesting to have information about where this or that direction is moving and, accordingly, whether it is worth developing in this direction.

Firstly, job sites like hh.ru, which have this information first hand, sell it for money and actively prevent scraping. Secondly, as you have already been told in the comments, a substantial part of the employers avoids divulging the fork. Thirdly, in many companies, the ban on the disclosure of salaries is spelled out in the NDA.
