JIRA. Why is the "End Sprint" inscription greyed out?

All users, except for jira-administrators, have "Close Sprint" disabled (grey). When you move the mouse over it, it says: "To manage this sprint, you need permission to manage sprints in all projects of the source panel."
How to win this...?

Grant sprint management rights to all projects that are used in the board filter.
