JIRA localization (Russian)

I installed the latest version of jira (6.2.6), I'm trying to install Russian localization - I can't find it in the Marketplace. This plugin has https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/tac.jira... the latest supported version is 6.0.8. Is there a localization of the latest version somewhere, or is there a way to install that plugin?
