How to automate Time Spent when transitioning to Done (Resolved) status?

We want to automate Log Work \ Time Spent in JIRA in the company.
The ideal option is the following:

• When a person transfers a task to the "In Progress" status, a certain timer is turned on;
  
• When leaving the In Progress status, the timer stops and remembers the value. (For example, transferred the task to the In Wait status);
  
• When a resolution is put on a task, the time spent is automatically set to the time that the task spent in the "In Progress" status
  

JIRA version: Latest, cloud version (onDemand)
