Jelastic on reg.ru how is it at work?
I can not find any reviews about the cloud on reg.ru. With it, it seems much easier to set up a fault-tolerant and scalable server. Has anyone used their services? Interested in uptime.

True, the uterus is such that it is better not to mess with the cloud on reg.ru. Above, a friend wrote that it works stably. If by this we mean that stably every 3 days I cannot log in with my own account both through the face and via ssh, then yes. Nothing could be more stable.
Technical support (may the higher powers forgive me, because I myself was once in technical support. Boiled.) - complete idiots. Guys, if you are reading this, then yes. I'm telling you to your face. You are complete idiots. Do something else in life.
I regret choosing them. Today I would move to infobox, but it is still unknown what is going on there. + tons of settings to carry over and installations. There just isn't time for it. So you have to live with what you have.
Speaking of the jelastic platform itself, it's really cool.
I have been using Reg.Ru hosting for several years and am very satisfied. For all the time there were only a couple of incidents that were very quickly eliminated. My current project is the utility accounting service dom24x7.ru/, I decided to do jelastic in the clouds and I don’t regret it at all. Everything is very comfortable and stable! Habraeffect survived without even blinking, connecting additional cloudlets on the fly. I even think of abandoning the vps rented on the same reg.ru and completely transferring everything to the clouds. If you have any questions, please contact.
Great cloud hosting. Stable. Fast. I've been using it since six months. So far there have been no complaints.
@denissov
there is a dock on the question you are interested in about tying domains
docs.jelastic.com/custom-domains
and here is one of the articles on clustering
habrahabr.ru/company/jelastic/blog/217213
If anything, there are other articles in the documentation (for example here docs.jelastic.com/ru/cluster-in-cloud)
