JavaFX (Self-contained application packaging) hosted on a network share?

Hello everyone, comrades, I ask for help.
There is no java on client computers (they will not be allowed to install it), the idea was to make an .exe (standalone application packaging) and put it in a network share, and display shortcuts for users on a slave. table. But I ran into a problem ----> from the network folder, the application starts with an error (As I understand it, it does not see the JRE that lies in the same place). If you transfer this folder to the user's local computer, then everything is fine. Tell me how to solve the problem?
JavaFX using the standard mechanism for creating standalone applications

@Evgenym

Make a portable application using, for example, vmWare Thinapp or Microsoft App-V. Put Java inside, make all the settings and lay it out for users.
