What technologies exist to adapt the site to people with disabilities?

Hello. I have an idea: to add functionality to my web application (java + spring + jsp) that people with disabilities (who have problems with vision, motor skills, etc.) can use. I have read the WCAG 2.0 general guidelines. But what specific frameworks, libraries can be used? For example, there is an idea to include a magnifying glass on the site, or to translate everything into text. Also interested in the possibility of full control of the functionality of the site only using the keyboard. If who met with similar technologies, I will be glad to any hint.

In general, you do not have a very correct idea of what accessibility is and how people with disabilities use the web.
At 90%, the availability of sites depends on what kind of html is there. Make a semantic, valid markup that has the necessary attributes and logic for the arrangement of elements.

For example, there is an idea to include a magnifying glass on the site

1) this is decided at the level of operating system settings, usually people who want to see something stupidly increase the scale of everything. It is better to check the layout for the fact that it reacts normally to this.
2) it is solved at the level of system applications (remember the magnifying glass in Windows).
How will it help the visually impaired?
hotkeys? What about people with disabilities?
In short, my opinion: you come up with features that no one needs. Nobody will use them and they will not help anyone.
