JAVA web service autogenerated client throws an error. How to know the reason?

Java

The Java client connects to the wcf. There is a similar client on C Sharp (everything works).
Mistake; org.apache.axis.types.URI$MalformedURIException: No scheme found in URI.
I use Eclipse.
I can NOT find how to find out exactly the value or note in ixamle that is wrong.
PS. Dot is not a programmer and I already have my hair on end from Java.

stupid no way. just go through all the places where there are occurrences similar to something described in the error, change the data and watch the reaction ....
