Java sniffer 127.0.0.1

Good afternoon.
The bottom line is this, I need to intercept TCP packets within the loopback (127.0.0.1)
Initially I tried to use such wrappers for wincap as "jcap" and another one (I don't remember which one).
But since this traffic does not go through the network card, naturally I did not even find such an adapter.
I read on the Internet that you can add the Microsoft loopback driver. Installed, chose to read from it, UPD and Ethernet packets are pouring in far from 127.0.0.1 (it simply is not there).
On the wiki.wireshark.org/CaptureSetup/Loopback page for this driver, I read:

This adapter is a virtual network adapter you can add, but it will not work on the 127.0.0.1 IP addresses;
those. he will not work with him.
I already started to rethink the whole idea, but I found such an easy program as RawCap ( www.netresec.com/?page=RawCap) there is a loopback interface (it doesn’t matter if it is added to the list of devices or not) and it wonderfully writes everything that it sees on 127.0 .0.1.
But this is a program, and it is not very convenient to use it, there are no libraries.
Maybe someone else knows how to read packets?
