Reset internet connection

How can I programmatically implement a restart of the Internet connection (I need to change ip)?
PS Do not suggest rebooting the device.

try the devcon utility . You need the command devcon restart PCI\... enter the ID of the network card and reboot it.

Usually I have a widget to turn off the Internet, so I think there is no such problem to do programmatically.
Or do you need the name of the class and method? So here you can easily decode such a widget and see the insides.
