java learning plan for windows and android?

I'm learning java, so far only the basics. Then there are more serious topics:
(SQL - Servlet, JSP - Hibernate - Spring - Maven - Git - JUnit - HTTP Servers, Application Servers / Servlet Containers: Apache Server → Tomcat)
But as I understand it, they are related to the web? And I'm not going to program for the web, do I need to study it then?
And what's the short plan for learning java for windows and android?
