What tools does Java have for creating dynamic graphics?
Specifically, in my task, I need to build graphs on certain data, navigate through them, scale, etc.
I believe that the task is rather trivial.
Know about the canvas tool but it is only used in android? And is it suitable for this task?
What would you use yourself?

MatLab (which is based on Java) has ways to animate (dynamic graphics).
