Java + Android or HTML + CSS + JS + PHP - which is easier?

Two directions are of interest - Java + Android and HTML + CSS + JS + PHP. For some reason, everyone says that the web is easier. But I doubt something. Who can tell in more detail what knowledge each of these industries requires? While I'm working on android - what a waste of time, at least for self-development
. I like both, so I can't choose according to preferences. And there is no time to delve into one or the other.

HTML / CSS can be understood in a couple of days, and at a high level, of course, the speed of work will be low, but the essence remains the same, so they say that the web is easy. If we talk about PHP and JS, then in my opinion it is no easier than other languages, but they are popular, so there are a lot of manuals and an example. And Java is the only language you need to know when developing applications on Android, as I understand it. There is already something I like more, but given that more and more people know html / css / js every day, and there are fewer developers of android applications at the moment, I think that only material gain can move towards Java, despite the fact that sites are always in demand. However, there are more and more flagships and they are becoming more and more accessible. You decide.

On HTML + CSS + JS, you can also write applications for ios. And I believe that every programmer should know the Web at least at a minimum level. (it is necessary).
It's up to you, if you want to start easy, go for HTML+CSS+JS, if you have a lot of time and are a very persistent person, go for Android and JAVA.

Well, for example, having knowledge of HTML + CSS + JS, you can make an application for android .
It all depends on what exactly you want to do, if purely development for android, then the first.

Everything depends on the task. It is possible to write simple applications under Android and think that people say that it is difficult. Or you can write some very complex application in the form of a portal. In reality, there are more complex various projects for Android than on the same php. Because now the market is full of the fact that the client just needs a website and a couple of functions for working with the user. And cms does a great job with the first one.

I understand correctly that you want to use image 1.jpg in the block and want to display two links inside the block and have the image duplicated? If yes, then it is not possible. Divide into two blocks.
