The organization has Inbit Messenger 4.40 installed as an IM server. The task was set to replace it. works only on windows
Requirements:
1. Storage and management of the list of contacts in the server.
2. Sending messages to all users (user groups) at once. It is desirable that the pop-up message does not close.
3. saving the history of messages (contacts, conferences)
4. Pop-up messages that cannot be closed without reading. (for all, groups, individual contacts.)

8. Storing history on the server and uploading it to the client

As for the IM server, openfire is pre-selected.
The choice fell on Jabber because it can be easily connected to mobile platforms (iOS and Android) by installing any client in order to be in touch when you leave your workplace.
points cause a special problem: 1,2,4 everything else, as I understand it, is perfectly configured in openfire
