.iTunes doesn't accept VISA card?

I can't link my card to my iTunes account. I enter the correct information, but the error always comes out - "payment processing is temporarily unavailable". The same card works without problems in the Android Market, and in general there have never been any problems with it. What could be the problem? Wrote to support, no response yet.
VISA card, Sberbank.
