It works badly and slows down in browsers. What is the problem?

Hello.
I will describe one "brake" that always repeats:
1) in firefox I load a tab, for example, with the main page toster.ru
2) in the second tab I enter the address of a site that takes a long time to load, for example, theverge.com
3) I press enter to make the site started loading, and at this time I shake the wheel up and down on the first tab.
At first everything is smooth, and then it freezes for a few seconds and becomes normal after the second tab is fully loaded.
Please help me find a solution to the problem.

Can what plug-ins in browsers are hung?
Both sites load instantly. Although I checked it on a slow Internet - indeed theverge.com loads decently in time.
What happens with the brakes? CPU load, what memory? Is the disk overloaded?
Was the system optimized for SSD by any chance?

I agree with Artem - some plugins can be very slow. Try checking them with https://addons.mozilla.org/uk/firefox/addon/about-...
