It is very difficult for beginners without Frontend experience to find a job, but how are experienced Senior Developers doing?

They don’t even look at resumes on hh, I would like to know how things are with those who are looking for work and are already experienced, have you ever been offered a job yourself or have you waited for a long time?

They offer but not from services - 90% is word of mouth, and former colleagues.
If you posted a resume on hh.ru and stopped there, the result will be deplorable.
The less experience and resume, the more effort you need to make to find something.
Make it so that you are noticeable and that you are understandable - there are probably people somewhere who need just people like you. If you are worth at least something, but you can cost something even with 0 experience;)

Even seniors who are not looking for a job are constantly trying to lure them into better conditions, moreover, recruiters from all over the world.
I do not consider myself a senior, but I have never been without work for more than a couple of days.

Any good specialist with a history does not sit without work at all because he is always in demand and few of the seniors are looking for something themselves - they are always offered, even if this person works elsewhere. This applies to middles and seniors and team leads and many others.

Although employers position (I would even say "exploit") in the "FullStack" mode - I still attribute myself more to the "Backend" industry, but I think there will not be much difference in the context of your question. My official work experience (in terms of work) is more than 10 years (and "not official" - almost 20). Calls, messages, etc. They do it all the time, and they are very different. From offers to lead some new company (startup), assemble a team and get things done, to "just work in a company" (sometimes they offer the position of a team leader, sometimes the position of a simple hard worker). Sometimes even offers come from "Toaster" :) By the way, they write actively on HH even though I haven't updated my resume there for many months...
Of course, "a couple of days" as a colleague above - I can not brag, but for a couple of months - usually there was always work. Now I work in a large company, but not so long ago I received an offer that I could not refuse, with a full relocation and a decent salary, which I actually accepted.

And for the experienced - a queue of orders.
We can't do it....

There are no problems with the office, but I had to strain with the remote work, but in the end everything is fine

@opium

and where did you get that difficult?
I have long noticed the features of my friends and divided them according to this principle into two groups:
those who are looking for a job and always find it, usually for three
; those who are looking for a job and usually do not find it and are waiting for a chance
. the situation has not changed, the first find a job in three days, the second cannot find a job quickly.
that is, it does not depend on a junior or a senior

Didn't find what you were looking for?
