It is planned to replace all PCs in the office with iMacs, is it worth it?

The management plans to replace all PCs in the office with imac, the staff is different, about 60 people in total. Accountant, lawyers, ordinary specialists, secretaries, reception, there are also designers (construction industry, draw house designs and 3d design), sales managers. Everyone was divided into 2 camps, techies and designers for win. They say there is no prog on imac, and you will have to switch to another software, everyone else does not seem to mind.
What are the pros and cons of Apple technology specifically for an enterprise, enterprise, office?
Fin question for management is not so important.

The cons are that you are essentially forcing specialists to move to an ecosystem that is alien to them. If I were a developer, for example, I would have to refuse, because such a castling would reduce my productivity and my degree of comfort, not to mention other problems associated with various software on an unfamiliar OS. It's like forcing an android user to use an iPhone and vice versa. And here it's not just about use, but about work, the speed and quality of which will suffer.

Those who draw house designs and 3D will suffer greatly, and some will even have to quit. I myself draw on imac, but I do half of the work remotely on a windows machine, simply because there is no 3Dmax for MAC, there is no commercial VRAY renderer for MAC, there is only blender, maya, cinema4D. Also, all imacs have a very weak video card, even the top-end configurations barely reach the level of the GTX1070ti (and this is only an imac pro with price tags starting from 400,000 rubles), for a PC such a video card will cost 12,000 rubles.
Here, rather, you need to dance exclusively from the software that the main "breadwinners" of the company use. If this software is available for mac and Mac hardware is enough, then the move will not be painful.
