ISVs, their challenges in moving to the cloud?

Dear community members,
I am looking for various resources, articles where you can read about the difficulties, tasks that ISVs - independent software developers usually face when moving to cloud services.
Both Russian-speaking and English-speaking ones are interesting (English-speaking ones may be even more, because so far I have found more information in English about this).
I would be very grateful for your help and advice.

there are two problems - security and data safety, so no one goes to the cloud, but they use it to the extent necessary to solve the problem
