There is a cisco air-lap1041n-e-k9 modem and a laptop. I bought a console wire and power. I'm trying to connect to the modem via Pytty but it doesn't work, a black screen in the putty command line, and when I press the arrows on the keyboard, it looks like this
Previously did not work on this laptop with putty, but worked on a computer in the office

I think you need to change the port speed. Try 9600 if 115200 doesn't work and so on.
In general, as far as I understand, the settings should be as follows:
9600 baud
8 data bits
None parity
1 stop bit
Xon/Xoff Flow control .If xon/xoff flow control does not work, use no flow control.
Incorrect connection settings to the terminal, see what the modem requires and set the same in putty
